REQUIRED MODULES PACK

STANDARD

TIME AND ATTENDANCE MODULE

The module enables creating work schedules, their assignment to employees and recording of the working time based on data from the cards. The module can be used to designate business trips, sick leave and other leaves etc. as well as to send work schedules to the cards. The module also detects situations when the working time should or should not be recorded. It recognises such abuses as putting the card away or carrying two cards by one person.

WORKING TIME ANALYSIS MODULE

The module generates reports and analyses related to recording of the working time of employees and devices. The module contains lists, reports and analyses regarding the recorded data on the intensity of motion and location (it requires the location module). Such data can be used to draw conclusions about the use of the working time by people and devices (e.g. forklifts) in relation to tasks and job positions. The module includes lists, charts and easily comprehensible indicators.

EMPLOYEE LOCATION MODULE

The module enables checking data regarding the location of employees on the map of the company premises, e.g. when an accident occurs. The location data are approximate and indicate the zone in the facility. The module enables viewing analyses of the facility use.

ASSESSMENT AND MOTIVATION MODULE

The module enables automatic assessment of employees and awarding motivational points. The assessment can be displayed on the card screen.

IDENTIFIER MODULE

The module enables graphic definition of employee identifiers, including the use of photographs and graphic elements.

EMPLOYEE RECORD MODULE

The module enables entering employees and assigning cards

TEMPERATURE AND LIGHT MODULE

The module collects temperature and lighting data from the cards and displays them in visualisations and charts. It also includes such data in the analysis of the use of the working time.

TIMATE COMMUNICATION MODULE

The module sends messages to the cards. Messages can be delivered from external systems via the API.

TIMATE INFRASTRUCTURE MODULE

The module enables the registration of central stations, routers, cards and drivers. The monitoring function covers the operating parameters of the network and devices as well as the visualisation of the radio network. The module enables remote updates of the entire TIMATE infrastructure.

WEATHER DATA MODULE

Providing weather data for charts and analyses. The module enables transmitting weather data to the C2 and C3 cards for employees working outdoors.

SAFETY

OHS SUPPORT MODULE

The module enables the TIMATE card to work offline (outside the online infrastructure). The implementation of additional offline infrastructure for collecting location data in the field is intended to control teams of employees working in the field (e.g. near the car) or on the construction site. The module presents the location data of the locators against the map background and the internal exact locations obtained by tapping the NFC card on the employee's smartphone and transmitting the position from the smartphone's GPS to the system.

EVACUATION SUPPORT MODULE

The module enables defining separate central stations for the purpose of monitoring the evacuation assembly points. The module can be used to start the evacuation process by sending a message to the employee cards. Then it monitors the number of people in the building and outside the building, displaying percentage values and estimating the pace of the evacuation. After the evacuation is over, summary reports are available for the purposes of processing and accounting for evacuation drills.

ACCESS CONTROL SUPPORT MODULE

The module enables continuous supervision of whether a given person or object is in the facility, in a zone or in a selected place in the facility to which they have access. Location data is used for this purpose. In the event of no access, a message is sent to the TIMATE card about the need to leave the place. Additionally, an alert for the operator appears in the system. It is possible to define temporary and local authorizations to stay in zones, places.

TASKS

TIMATE TASK MODULE

The module enables creating and sending a list of tasks, jobs, guidelines, orders etc. to the cards. Task lists can also be downloaded from external systems via the API.

REMOTE WORK MODULE

The module enables supervising employees working outside the TIMATE system infrastructure only with the use of the card. An employee can record remote work performed at home or outside the company promises with the confirmation of the intensity of motion and location (by means of a smartphone’s GPS and NFC).

EQUIPMENT RECORD MODULE

The module enables entering objects such as personal protective equipment, vehicles (e.g. forklifts), tools, machines as well as assigning cards to such objects.

EQUIPMENT LOCATION MODULE

The module enables viewing data regarding the location of objects (e.g. forklifts or equipment on the facility plan) on the map of the company premises. The module makes it possible to view analyses of the facility use.

FIELD TEAM SUPERVISION MODULE

The module enables GSM-based collection of data from the CT-ET-GSM central stations installed on vehicles or stands in order to supervise teams working in the field (e.g. near the vehicle) or at construction sites. The module present location data from the GPS in the central station on a map.

TIMATE ONLINE PANEL MODULE

The module creates a panel on the website with information from the TIMATE system. The panel has two modes: for employees and for employers. It enables viewing TNA data and tasks, while employers can also manage the system.

ADVANCED

ADVANCED T&A MODULE

The module enables the implementation of advanced functions of working time registration and evaluation, e.g. defining break zones, conditional start of working time, calculating working time only in indicated work zones, expanding employee evaluation by defining new criteria.

SYSTEM ADMINISTRATION MODULE

The module enables creating groups of employees and a detailed configuration of access rights to data and functions in particular modules for groups of employees or individual employees. The module provides the option of replacement, i.e. one employee takes over the rights of another employee. The module records the history of actions in the system and supports the administration related to the GDPR.

MULTIPLE LOCATIONS MODULE

The module enables creating new locations (buildings, facilities) for the company premises. Each location has a separate radio subnet connected to the Internet, so individual locations can be anywhere. The cards can support multiple locations and operate in any location.

MULTILINGUAL MODULE

The module enables changing languages on the card and in the system individually for each employee. Without this module the TIMATE system operates in one selected language (from available languages).

TIMATE API MODULE

The module enables creating the Web API for the purposes of integration with other IT systems. It executes command to download and set up data as well as interact with electronic devices of the TIMATE system.

See the tool for the analysis of the use of the working time

It is one of many tools available in the TIMATE application. The application operates under Windows. It provides a number of data viewing and analysing functions for managers as well as the system supervision for IT specialists. The application supports rights and privileges, it works remotely and it is multilingual.









See the WWW panel

It is the simplified version of the application, used in a Web browser on a smartphone after placing the card against the NFC module. In this version, the application does not require installation of the software on the smartphone. The employer can use the WWW panel to configure an employee's access to information about the working time, tasks and more. It operates in a similar way to fitness applications on sports watches.









Each C1, C2 and C3 card registered in the TIMATE system requires a separate licence. See the available versions of the TIMATE system.
