It also allows business trips, sick leave and vacations to be marked, and schedules to be distributed to the cards. The module supports proper working time recording in line with the adopted organizational rules and takes into account events such as putting cards aside or wearing two cards at the same time.

It allows an evacuation procedure to be started by sending a message to employee cards and then presents information on the number of people in the facility and at assembly points. The module enables full or time-based access permissions to be defined for individual zones for groups of employees as well as individual employees. The module keeps access records and works with S2 controllers for electric strike control in doors. Location data may also be additionally used to verify the presence of a person or asset in a facility, zone or selected place in line with assigned permissions. If an event inconsistent with the permissions is detected, a message may be displayed on the TIMATE card and an alert appears in the system for the operator.

The module creates a web panel with information from the TIMATE system. The panel has two modes: employee and employer. It enables working time, task and other data to be viewed and, in employer mode, selected system functions to be managed.
The module enables advanced work time registration and feedback functions, such as defining work break zones, conditional work time start, counting working time only in designated work zones, and expanding the feedback rules with additional criteria.

The module enables employee groups to be created and detailed access permissions to data and functions in individual modules to be configured for groups and individual users. It also supports substitutions allowing temporary takeover of permissions, recording of activity history in the system, and support for administration related to GDPR.
The module enables additional locations (buildings, places) in which the company operates to be created. Each location has a separate radio subnet connected independently to the Internet, which means the locations can be situated anywhere. Cards can use multiple locations and operate in any of them.
The module enables languages on the card and in the system to be switched individually for each employee. Without this module, the TIMATE system operates in one selected language from those available. Currently available languages are Polish and English.
The module enables a Web API to be created for integration with other IT systems. It allows data to be retrieved and saved and interactions with TIMATE electronic devices to be carried out.

This is a simplified version of the application launched in a smartphone browser after bringing the card close to NFC. In this version, there is no need to install additional software on the smartphone. In the web panel, the employer can configure the employee’s access to working time information, tasks and other selected data.
