TIMATE software consists of four module packages, and the choice of package depends on the company’s organizational and operational needs.

REQUIRED MODULE PACKAGE

STANDARD

WORK TIME REGISTRATION MODULE

The module enables the creation of work schedules, assignment of schedules to employees, and recording of working time in the basic scope based on data from the cards. It also allows business trips, sick leave and vacations to be marked, and schedules to be distributed to the cards. The module supports proper working time recording in line with the adopted organizational rules and takes into account events such as putting cards aside or wearing two cards at the same time.

WORK TIME ANALYTICS MODULE

The module generates reports and analyses related to the registration of employees’ and assets’ working time. It includes summaries, charts and indicators based on movement activity and location data (requires the location module), supporting the analysis of work organization, process flow, and the use of time and available resources in relation to tasks and workstations.

EMPLOYEE LOCATION MODULE

The module enables location data for employees to be viewed against the company map, for example in the event of a hazardous incident such as an accident. Location data is indicative in nature and accurate to the zone level. The module also allows analyses of space usage to be reviewed.

EMPLOYEE FEEDBACK MODULE

The module enables automatically generated feedback to be provided to the employee in line with the rules adopted within the organization. This feedback may be displayed on the card screen in the form of clear icons.

BADGE / ID MODULE

The module enables employee badges / IDs to be graphically defined, including the use of photos and graphic elements. Badge content can be adapted to the company’s requirements.

EMPLOYEE RECORDS MODULE

The module enables employee data to be entered and assigned to cards.

TEMPERATURE AND LIGHT MODULE

The module collects temperature and lighting data from the cards and presents it in visualizations and charts, while also taking it into account in the analysis of workplace environmental conditions and operational processes.

TIMATE COMMUNICATION MODULE

The module enables messages to be sent to the cards. Messages can also be delivered from external systems via API.

TIMATE INFRASTRUCTURE MODULE

The module enables the registration of gateways and routers, cards and controllers, as well as monitoring of network and device operating parameters and visualization of the radio network. The module also allows the TIMATE infrastructure to be remotely supervised and updated.

WEATHER DATA MODULE

The module provides weather data for charts and analyses and enables selected weather information to be sent to C2 and C3 cards for employees working outdoors.

SAFETY

OHS SUPPORT MODULE

The module supports the organization of occupational safety activities by recording selected events, such as a card drop or a strong impact to the card, and by handling the SOS button on the card. It also enables information on the use of personal protective equipment to be recorded. Information and analyses are presented in a shared panel with alert notifications.

EVACUATION SUPPORT MODULE

The module enables dedicated gateways to be defined for evacuation assembly points. It allows an evacuation procedure to be started by sending a message to employee cards and then presents information on the number of people in the facility and at assembly points. After the evacuation is completed, summary reports are available to support the documentation and analysis of evacuation drills.

ACCESS CONTROL SUPPORT MODULE

The module enables full or time-based access permissions to be defined for individual zones for groups of employees as well as individual employees. The module keeps access records and works with S2 controllers for electric strike control in doors. Location data may also be additionally used to verify the presence of a person or asset in a facility, zone or selected place in line with assigned permissions. If an event inconsistent with the permissions is detected, a message may be displayed on the TIMATE card and an alert appears in the system for the operator.

TASKS

TIMATE TASKS MODULE

The module enables task lists, work orders, guidelines, orders and similar items to be created and sent to the cards. Task lists can be entered in the application or retrieved via API from external systems.

REMOTE WORK MODULE

The module supports the organization of remote work performed outside the TIMATE system infrastructure using the card. It enables the employee to register remote work performed at home or outside the company and, where needed, confirm selected organizational events using smartphone NFC and GPS, in line with the adopted rules and scope of implementation.

ASSET RECORDS MODULE

The module enables assets such as personal protective equipment, vehicles (e.g. forklifts), tools and machines to be entered and assigned to cards.

ASSET LOCATION MODULE

The module enables location data for assets, such as forklifts or room equipment, to be viewed against the company map. The module also allows analyses of space usage to be reviewed.

FIELD TEAM COORDINATION MODULE

The module enables the TIMATE card to operate in offline mode, outside the online infrastructure. Additional offline infrastructure makes it possible to collect location data supporting the coordination of field teams, for example around a vehicle or on a construction site. The module presents locator location data on the map, as well as potentially more precise positions obtained after bringing the card close to the employee’s smartphone NFC and transferring the smartphone GPS position to the system.

TIMATE WEB PANEL MODULE

The module creates a web panel with information from the TIMATE system. The panel has two modes: employee and employer. It enables working time, task and other data to be viewed and, in employer mode, selected system functions to be managed.

ADVANCED WORK TIME REGISTRATION MODULE

The module enables advanced work time registration and feedback functions, such as defining work break zones, conditional work time start, counting working time only in designated work zones, and expanding the feedback rules with additional criteria.

SYSTEM ADMINISTRATION MODULE

The module enables employee groups to be created and detailed access permissions to data and functions in individual modules to be configured for groups and individual users. It also supports substitutions allowing temporary takeover of permissions, recording of activity history in the system, and support for administration related to GDPR.

MULTI-LOCATION MODULE

The module enables additional locations (buildings, places) in which the company operates to be created. Each location has a separate radio subnet connected independently to the Internet, which means the locations can be situated anywhere. Cards can use multiple locations and operate in any of them.

MULTILINGUAL MODULE

The module enables languages on the card and in the system to be switched individually for each employee. Without this module, the TIMATE system operates in one selected language from those available. Currently available languages are Polish and English.

TIMATE API MODULE

The module enables a Web API to be created for integration with other IT systems. It allows data to be retrieved and saved and interactions with TIMATE electronic devices to be carried out.

See what the work time analysis tool looks like

This is one of many tools available in the TIMATE application. The application runs in a Windows environment and offers functions for managers to review and analyze data, as well as system administration functions for IT departments. It enables permission management, remote work support and multiple language versions.

This is a simplified version of the application launched in a smartphone browser after bringing the card close to NFC. In this version, there is no need to install additional software on the smartphone. In the web panel, the employer can configure the employee’s access to working time information, tasks and other selected data.
