Define the goals of the TIMATE implementation

Choose a location for the Starter pack implementation

Analyze your company's facilities. Choose one hall or warehouse where the TIMATE system can be installed on a smaller scale. Choose the facility that best reflects the nature of work in your company. There are three variants of implementing the Starter Pack. Depending on the size of your company, you may benefit from 30, 50 or 100 cards. The price of the Starter Pack also includes half the number of controllers. Additional control units can be purchased separately for larger facilities.

We will prepare a report after three full monthly billing periods

The implementation of the Starter Pack may take from 3 to 6 months. After three full monthly settlement periods, we will prepare a report allowing you to estimate the profits and losses resulting from not implementing the system. Then you will be able to prepare such reports yourself using the tools in the application.

Prepare your server or use a server co-located in the cloud

Data from the implementation of the Starter Pack are stored in the database on the server. You can use a server in your company or use a co-located server with an external provider.

Install the main units on premises

The main units are installed in the building approximately etevery 30 meters, on the ceiling or on the walls. The control units can be powered by an Ethernet cable via PoE or from a 230V electrical network. Outsource the installation of the control units to an external company at your facility or install them yourself. We will prepare an installation plan for you using the system tools. All you need to do is provide us with a technical drawing with a projection of the object.

Hand out the cards to the employees

Employees participating in the Starter pack implementation will receive wearable cards. During the Starter pack implementation, they will be able to share their impressions of using the cards. Installation of the main units is very easy.

Observe the operation of the system

The system provides management information on working time, use of working time, location and security breaches. Observe how these data are shaped for individual jobs. See the scale of downtime. Draw conclusions about the organization of business processes.
