A TIMATE card can be used wherever work organization requires a simple, fast and less distracting communication channel than a smartphone, for example in production or logistics facilities. The card enables two-way communication with the employee by means of a screen and two buttons, supporting the delivery of simple operational information without reaching for a phone.
TIMATE makes it possible to send messages with predefined or ad hoc content to a card. The message can reach the employee when the card appears on the company premises. A new message can be signaled by an LED and a sound, making it easier to notice.

A message containing a question can be sent to the card. The employee can use a button to choose one of the simple answers, and the card sends it back to the system. In this way, it is possible, for example, to confirm that an action has been completed, receive simple statuses or conduct short operational surveys.
Messages can be sent to individual employee cards or to selected groups, for example within a given facility, area or across the entire company. This makes it easier to quickly share information related to work organization and the ongoing operation of the enterprise.

It can be defined that after completing a specific activity, the employee presses a button on the card to send a request to a supervisor or another designated person. This can support a faster response in production and logistics processes and reduce unnecessary communication delays.
Messages can complement processes and include, for example, information about a change of task, workstation or the next operational step. Sending messages can be automated and integrated with processes in production or logistics using the TIMATE system API.
