How can remote work records and organization be streamlined?

Register remote working time

An employee performing remote work can start working time registration by tapping a TIMATE card against an NFC-enabled smartphone. This opens the TIMATE system website without the need to install any additional application. Such a solution makes it easy to record the start and end of remote work in a simple and convenient way.

Enable confirmation of the place of work

After tapping the TIMATE card against a smartphone, the system website may open, from which the employee can confirm the agreed place of work, if this is provided for by the rules in force at the company. Such a function should be used solely for a clearly defined purpose, with respect for the employee’s privacy and in accordance with the applicable personal data protection regulations. This is supported by the fact that the employee decides when to confirm the agreed place of work.

Assign tasks to be performed

Access to tasks is simple – just tap the card against an NFC-enabled smartphone. The TIMATE system website (acting as a smartphone application) can support task assignment, task start, and recording the time spent on their completion. This gives both the employee and the supervisor a more structured view of the remote work being performed.

Settle field work and client-site work

Remote working time can be recorded during the day and combined with work performed at the company’s premises. This makes it easier to obtain a consistent picture of working time in a mixed model. The function can support the settlement of client visits, field work, business trips, and changes in the place where duties are performed during the day.
