The TIMATE system enables the monitoring of large halls of any structure with the use of a relatively small number of central stations. Central stations are installed at the distance of 30 metres from one another under the production hall ceilings or at locations where employees work, including office spaces. Thanks to the extensive capacity of the radio network, TIMATE can simultaneously support hundreds of employees in all production halls. Employees carry TIMATE cards which connect with the system via the central stations and send information about the working time and the location of employees.
The system enables planning of the working time or downloading schedules from external systems via the API. Schedules are provided to a large number of employees in different production halls, facilitating shift work, night work and overtime processing. The system records effective working time (used for e.g. production tasks) and ineffective working time (e.g. retooling the workstation). All office workers and managers can also use TIMATE cards.
The TIMATE card has functions of task and communication support which can streamline basic production processes after the effective integration with the use of the API. The card supports task assignment to employees, e.g. production jobs. It can send and receive messages which are displayed on the card screen and signalled with a buzzer and a notification LED (an RGB LED). It makes it possible to send simple instructions to employees during production processes and to avoid the need for smartphones at work.
TIMATE enables the association of the financial bonus with the employee assessment. The bonus depends on the evaluation in five areas: time and attendance, use of the working time, ensuring safety, task performance and achieved results. To determine the work results, a performance indicator is calculated on the basis of the number of manufacturing operations per an effective hour. TIMATE can be integrated with production management systems in order to download the information about the number of completed production units via the API and present the assessment result on the employee card on a daily basis. A positive assessment can increase the motivational bonus.
TIMATE can operate in production halls with numerous exits and a complex layout. A traditional system which requires the use of readers will not work in this case, because it will be difficult to install and use at every passage or exit. With TIMATE you do not need readers, gates, turnstiles or cumbersome organisational procedures. TIMATE is a self-operating and automatic system that records the working time and prevents abuses.
TIMATE automatically detects and processes breaks at work, making sure employees take their required breaks. At the same time, it also indicates downtime which can be caused by errors in the work organisation (e.g. delayed deliveries of goods). The use of the working time can be optimized on an ongoing basis.
One card can operate in many production facilities under one company. The card can operate in numerous production halls, office buildings and open spaces within the company infrastructure. In result, you can analyse and account for the time of moving between facilities and then optimize the workstations.
Production halls are often complex structures with potentially hazardous sections. Cards can detect situations when employees enter zones which they are not authorized to be in. The message displayed by the card instructs such employees to leave the zone. If an accident occurs, it is crucial to be able to locate the injured employee or the people who call for help. By pressing and holding the button on the card, employees can enable the SOS function and call for help. The card automatically detects falls and (thanks to the connection with the system) faints, i.e. no motion. Cards and central stations enable the monitoring of the working conditions in production halls.
The TIMATE system is equipped with a mechanism that counts the number of people present in facilities on an ongoing basis. It is possible to track evacuation processes, e.g. to count people in facilities and at assembly points. Drills monitored by the TIMATE system are quicker and more effective, which reduces the costs. Additionally, reports that estimate the duration of the evacuation and other indicators are available.
The TIMATE system supports production managers in the routine tasks related to the work organisation and task assignment. The system automatically evaluates direct reports of the manager and then makes an assessment of his or her management performance.

A crisis or the time for investments? Production Managerwrites about savings that come with the implementation of TIMATE
An inefficient employee is a large cost for every company. That is why managers need to find the balance between cost reduction and effective optimization of processes within their organisation. It turns out that, paradoxically, the investment in advanced technologies can result in savings and boost the competitive edge.” TIMATE is such a technology that can generate savings.
