The TIMATE system makes it possible to cover large hall areas with a relatively small number of hubs. The devices are installed under the ceilings of production halls or in other places where employees are present, including offices. Thanks to the high capacity of the radio network, TIMATE can support hundreds of cards simultaneously in each hall. The cards transmit data to the system that supports time and attendance recording, work organisation, and zone-level visibility within the facility.

The system enables work schedule planning or the retrieval of schedules from external systems via API. Schedules can be made available to a large number of employees distributed across production halls, supporting shift work organisation, night work, and working time settlement. TIMATE helps organise data on the course of work, including task execution time and related activities such as workstation changeovers. Office staff and managers can also use the cards.

The TIMATE card offers task handling and communication features which, after appropriate API integration, can support selected production processes. Tasks, instructions, and short messages can be sent to employees on the card screen and signalled with sound and a notification LED. This helps the company improve the flow of information during work and reduce the need to use smartphones at workstations.

TIMATE can support providing employees with clear feedback in line with the rules adopted within the organisation. After appropriate configuration and integration with production systems, the solution can display selected indicators on the cards relating to task completion, quality, or safety. The scope and method of using this information should always be aligned with labour law, internal rules, and transparent principles applicable within the company.

With TIMATE, it is possible to support halls that have multiple exits and a complex layout. In such conditions, traditional solutions based on readers at passage points can be difficult to implement and use on a daily basis. TIMATE does not require building a dense infrastructure of gates, turnstiles, and readers at every passage point. The solution helps organise time and attendance recording in a way that is convenient for both the organisation and its employees. Where power supply cannot be provided, battery-powered S1 offline routers can be used.

TIMATE can support break accounting and the analysis of periods of reduced operational activity. This makes it easier to identify areas where organisational disruptions occur, such as delayed deliveries or inadequate work preparation.

A single card can operate across multiple production facilities within one company. It can be used in different halls, office buildings, and selected areas of the plant infrastructure. This gives the company consistent data to support work organisation across facilities and shift planning.

In complex production halls, TIMATE can support the organisation of safety procedures. The cards can signal entry into selected zones, enable calling for help via the SOS function, and facilitate quick verification of the last recorded position of a person requiring assistance. The solution can also support the handling of selected alarm events and the collection of supplementary data for plant services. The system has a supporting role and does not replace health and safety procedures, technical safeguards, or the employer's obligations.

The TIMATE system makes it possible to determine the current number of people present in facilities and can support the organisation of evacuation drills, including attendance checks at assembly points. This allows the company to analyse the course of drills more efficiently and draw organisational conclusions for the future. Available reports help document the course of actions and plan improvements.

The TIMATE system helps managers with daily activities related to organising work, assigning tasks, and structuring operational information. This makes it easier to coordinate team work, respond to events, and make decisions based on more organised data.

"What matters most to us is real data on how the company operates, how we organise work in teams, and whether we are using resources and working time optimally. TIMATE provides this data."
