The TIMATE card is touchless, which eliminates the transmission of viruses and reduces interactions. The TIMATE system needs no readers or turnstiles. These are usually touched by many people often standing in queues, which is a real threat during the pandemic.
The cards monitor distances between employees - they make a beep and emit a light signal when people come to close to one another (less than 2 metres). The information about breaking the distance rule for approximately 1 minute is sent to the system. The card displays a message about the need to keep distance.

The TIMATE system enables schedule adjustments so as to minimize the risk of employees gathering at entrance and exit points. It is possible to send messages about breaks in such a way as to reduce people gathering in cloakrooms or cafeterias.
The access control mechanism monitors the number of people in the given facility or zone. You can use special safety alerts to prevent situations when too many people come together in one place.
Such statistics are available for zones or other spaces and they enable work planning with the aim to limit the number of people coming to one place at the same time. The system presents such data in the form of heat maps.
TIMATE can generate a report covering the last 14 days, showing employees who have interacted with the person who is diagnosed with the COVID-19 infection. The report (based on the recorded working time, schedules and location data) is generated on demand and it indicates who should be quarantined.
It is possible to send a message reminding employees to wash hands when coming to work, during work and after finishing work.
Pressing and holding any button on the card will trigger the SOS alarm. It can be used to report any violations of the OHS rules, e.g. when there are too many employees at one place or masks are not being worn, or to report any situations of employees feeling ill. Arrange with your employees how to use this function.
Wherever possible, shift to remote work. The TIMATE system has adequate tools to organise and monitor remote work. It is possible to track the time and performance of remote work as well as to assign tasks.
It is possible to order special TIMATE cards equipped with a contactless infrared thermometer. This extra sensor can be located on the bottom section of the C2 card and it is protected from contamination by a silicon case. An employee can measure his/her temperature and if it is too high, an alert will be sent to the system. This solution requires a consent by the employee, but it can be taken into consideration in face of the pandemic. Employees have no need to wait in long queues and potential contact with other people can be avoided. Employees can check their body temperature at any time during the working day.
