Managers should have access to data showing how many tasks were completed during the day: produced, checked, assembled, repaired, repacked, moved, or shipped. Assessment of plan execution depends on many factors, including work organization, resource availability, and efficient information flow. Therefore, it may be helpful to provide the employee and their supervisor on an ongoing basis with information about the operational target and the degree to which it has been achieved.
TIMATE provides a simple indicator for analyzing work results:
"Number of units completed per effective hour."
This makes it possible to compare results at production, inspection, and logistics workstations, as well as to analyze on an ongoing basis the level of task completion on a given day.

The TIMATE system integrates with other production or logistics management systems via API.
Each employee can easily check information about their results. The indicator may be displayed on the e-paper screen built into the card. When the card is brought close to an NFC-enabled smartphone, a web page opens where a clear explanation of the achieved results and the degree of target completion can be provided. The scope of the information presented and the method of access should be adapted to the rules applicable at the employer.
