  1. The www.timatesystem.com website uses cookies. These are small text files sent by the WWW server and stored by the computer's browser software. We use cookies to ensure the highest standard of convenient use of our website and the collected data are used in order to optimise our actions and do not go outside the TIMATE Sp. z o.o. company.

    2. security cookies, e.g. cookies which are used to detect abuses related to authentication within the website;

    4. “functional” cookies which “remember” user-selected settings and the personalisation of the user interface, e.g. with respect to the selected language or region of the user, the font size, the layout of the website etc.;

  1. The controller of your personal data within the meaning of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (hereinafter: “GDPR”) is TIMATE Sp. z o.o., a company with it registered office in Chorzów (41-506) at ul. Długa 1–3, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs under the KRS number: 0000781322, with its registration files kept by the District Court for Katowice-Wschód in Katowice, the 8th Commercial Department of the National Court Register, NIP (VAT No.: 6272762075, REGON (Business Registration No.): 383076064, share capital: PLN 10,800 (Company / Controller).
  2. Your personal data will be processed by the Controller, in particular for the following purposes:
    1. handling requests submitted to the Controller via the contact form / the landing page / the partner’s panel;
    2. the ongoing performance of contracts concluded with the Controller, which includes the processing of complaints and service requests;
    3. sending messages containing commercial information;
    4. the performance of marketing activity of entities collaborating with the Controller (based on a prior consent);
    5. defending any possible claims;
    6. analyses and statistics.

We will entrust entities with data for processing based on agreements with the Controller, but only for the purpose and within the scope necessary to achieve the goals listed above, including but not limited to entities providing us with IT services or other service which ensure the correct operation of the website, with the proviso that such entities process data only in accordance with the Controller’s instructions.
  4. In addition to the entities specified above, your data can be shared only with entities which are authorized to receive your data pursuant to legal regulations. The administrator of the website has exercised due diligence in order to provide the adequate protection of the received personal data, especially against the access to data by unauthorised persons.
  5. Your personal data will be processes only throughout the period necessary to achieve the purpose of processing or until you withdraw your consent.
  6. Your personal data may be processed:
    1. on the basis of your consent (Art. 6.1.a of the GDPR), in particular for the marketing purposes of the collaborating entities;
    2. for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6.1.b of the GDPR), especially in connection with the use of the particular functions of the website;
    3. for compliance with a legal obligation resulting from national or EU legal regulations pursuant to Art. 6.1.c of the GDPR;
    4. for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the Controller, including the replies to questions submitted via the contact form / the service request form / the landing page as well as for analytical and statistical purposes of the Controller, where the Controller’s legitimate interest is the possibility to generate analyses and statistics of the Controller’s activity pursuant to Art. 6.1.f of the GDPR, and for the purposes of defending any possible claims based on the principle of the Controller’s legitimate interest, where the Controller's legitimate interest is the Controller’s defending any third party claims.
  7. All consents granted on the website can be withdrawn at any moment, including the consents to the processing of data for marketing purposes of the entities collaborating with the Controller. When a consent to the processing of data is withdrawn, it does not affect the lawfulness of such processing prior to the withdrawal.
  8. You have the right to request access to data, to correct data, to delete data and to data portability as well as to restrict the processing of data and to object to the processing of data.
